What hospitality means
A hospitality package is a match ticket bundled with premium services. Instead of a standard bowl seat, you get a confirmed premium seat plus extras such as a lounge, food and drink, fast-track entry and dedicated staff.
The other big difference is certainty. Standard tickets are sold through a high-demand public lottery, while hospitality packages give a guaranteed seat for the matches you choose, which is why corporate buyers and fans who cannot risk missing out tend to use them. The official provider
There is only one official hospitality provider for the tournament: On Location, part of the Endeavor group, which replaced the previous provider used at earlier editions. It is the sole channel authorised to bundle official tickets with premium amenities across the 16 host cities. On Location also runs hospitality for events such as the Olympic Games and the Super Bowl, so the operation is built on large-scale experience.
Packages are sold through the official hospitality site and a list of officially appointed sales agents. Anything bought through unofficial resale platforms may be invalid, with no guarantee of a seat and no compensation, so the official channel is the only safe option.

An important quirk for fans of the host nations: single-match hospitality is not sold for USA, Canada or Mexico games, so to attend a home crowd for those teams you would need a series. Belgium is not a host, so its matches are available individually. That makes a single-match package a realistic option for a Belgian fan who wants to see one specific group game without committing to a full series.
What is included
Within each package type there are different lounge levels, from shared spaces up to private suites. The amenities scale with the tier, but most packages share a common core.
- Premium seating: better sightlines than standard bowl seats, with the exact tier depending on the level chosen.
- Climate-controlled lounge: typically open from around three hours before kick-off to roughly two hours after.
- Food and drink: complimentary catering with regional cuisine, and unlimited beverages, served pre-match, at halftime and post-match.
- Fast-track entry: dedicated security lanes that skip the standard queues, which can be long at large venues.
- Service and extras: dedicated hospitality staff, and at the top tiers, live-cooking stations, premium beverage programs and private suites with their own catering.
The higher lounge levels, such as sideline and pitchside options, add closer seating and more elaborate dining, while private suites offer a self-contained box for a group. Lounges generally sit within the stadium's secure perimeter, so once inside you can move between your seat and the lounge throughout the day without leaving the controlled area, which is part of what buyers are paying for.

For context, entry-level hospitality is well above the equivalent at the 2022 tournament, where the cheapest packages started near 875 euros. Knockout-round matches and the showpiece games command the steepest prices. The expansion to 48 teams and strong early demand have pushed entry prices clear of past editions, so it is wise to budget generously if a specific match matters, and to book early before the better-value options sell out.
Note that purchases are processed in the local currency of each host nation: dollars for United States matches, Canadian dollars for Canada and Mexican pesos for Mexico, in separate checkout stores.
