BetBuilder and combination promos
Combinations are where the biggest returns in tournament football come from. Napoleon Sports has two dedicated promos to amplify them even further.
Combine & Conquer
Active: All pre-match accumulators, all sports
The biggest combination boost across all Belgian bookmakers. Starting from three selections, you already get a 5% Profit Boost. The more legs you add, the higher the boost until 26 selections where it reaches 100%. Minimum odds per selection is 1.50; legs below that do not count towards the boost but also do not disqualify the ticket, the boost just applies to the qualifying legs.
Void & Reprice
Active: Pre-match football BetBuilders

If one selection in your pre-match football BetBuilder becomes void (for example, a player you included does not start the match), the odds are automatically recalculated on the remaining valid selections. If the team you backed goes 2 goals ahead at any point during the match, your bet is settled as a winner immediately, regardless of the final result. SuperSub: your bet continues with the substitute
Active: Player bets marked with the SuperSub icon
You placed a bet on a specific player (to score, to assist, for a card, for a shot). Your player gets substituted. Instead of losing the bet the moment they leave the pitch, SuperSub transfers your bet to the player coming on. If the substitute meets the condition, you win. Valid on statistical bets (goals, assists, cards, shots, fouls) in selected markets across the tournament.
Cash Out
Active: Pre-match, live and accumulator bets (most markets)
Not a promo in the strict sense but a regular feature. Cash Out lets you settle an open bet before the final whistle. Napoleon Sports continuously calculates a live value for your bet based on the current match state. Lock in a profit when your bet is going your way, or cut your losses on one that is slipping. Available on most WC 2026 markets.

How to opt in and track your promos
Napoleon Sports uses a single central Promo Page to manage every opt-in reward. The flow is identical whether you are claiming a Profit Boost, a Daily SuperBoost or the welcome promo:
- Log in to your Napoleon Sports account in-app or on desktop.
- Open the Promo Page via the promos icon in the top bar, or tap the promo banner on the home screen.
- In the Offers section, find the promo you want and tap Opt in. Confirm your choice.
- The promo moves to your In Progress tab. Tap the promo to read its specific rules and progress tracker.
- Place your qualifying bet. Progress updates automatically as your bets settle.

Terms and conditions
Every promo at Napoleon Sports has specific terms published on the Promo Page. Generic rules that apply across the board:
- Eligibility: all players need to be registered Napoleon Sports account holders aged 21 or older, residing in Belgium.
- Opt-in required: most boost-based promos require you to opt in before placing the qualifying bet.
- Minimum odds: most promos require a minimum odds threshold (often 1.50 or 2.00). Selections below this do not qualify.

Yes, where terms allow. A single the tournament bet can trigger Combine & Conquer, a Profit Boost and Xtra Payout Coins at the same time. Check the specific promo terms if there is any exclusion.
What is the difference between Profit Boost and Boosted Odds?
Profit Boost is an opt-in promo that increases the payout on a qualifying bet by a fixed percentage. Boosted Odds is a list of pre-selected markets where the odds themselves are already improved. Profit Boost works on top of whatever bet you place; Boosted Odds is a specific market with a specific price.
How does 2UP work exactly?
If you bet pre-match on the 1X2 Match Winner market, and during the match the team you backed takes a 2-goal lead at any point, the bet is settled as a winner immediately. The final score no longer matters. Valid on football matches marked as eligible.
What happens to my BetBuilder if one selection voids?
