The UEFA Champions League is the highest stage of European club football and one of the most popular competitions for online betting. Every matchday, thousands of fans follow the top European clubs - from Real Madrid and Manchester City to the Belgian participants. On this page you will find the odds and markets for the Champions League, plus all the background you need to bet with intent: from the tournament winner and the match markets to live betting.
What you will find on this page:
For every match you will find the classic markets. The most chosen options:
With the outright market you bet on the eventual winner of the tournament. These odds evolve throughout the season: from the league phase, through the knockout phase, to the final - as clubs are eliminated or hit form. You can usually bet on the tournament winner all season long, and also on markets such as the top scorer or the winner of a specific side of the bracket.
Just getting started? Then first read at your own pace how the markets work and how the competition is put together in the Champions League guide and the overview of how the Champions League works.
During the matches there are live odds that move with the flow of play. So you place your bet while the match is under way, based on what you see happening on the pitch - a red card, an early goal or a team pushing forward.
In-play you often choose markets such as the next goal, the final score, over/under during the match or the winner of the second half. The offer adapts per match.
You can follow the current standings, live scores and results straight from the betting offer, so you can base your choices on the latest state of play.
You can bet on all 36 league phase participants, from the European heavyweights to the debutants. You can follow the Belgian contingent closely too: Club Brugge are directly qualified as champions, while Union Saint-Gilloise are trying to qualify through the qualifying rounds.
Since 2024/2025, 36 clubs play in one shared league phase (no more groups). Each club plays 8 matches. The top 8 qualify directly for the round of 16; the clubs in positions 9 to 24 play a play-off round for the remaining tickets. You can find more detail in the guide on how the Champions League works.
You can follow the league phase standings, the results per matchday and the full schedule live in the betting offer. That way you know exactly which clubs are on course for the knockout phase.
Before the league phase begins, clubs battle through several qualifying rounds and play-offs for a ticket. Read how that works and which Belgian clubs are involved in the guide about qualification.
The league phase draw decides who each club faces; it takes place on 27 August 2026 in Monaco. You can read everything about the pots and the rules in the draw guide.
After the league phase come the play-offs, the round of 16, the quarter-finals, the semi-finals and the final (on 5 June 2027 in Madrid). Every round up to the final is played over two legs; the final is a single match at a neutral venue.
